Surgery: Hair Transplant
Hair transplant surgery can restore hair to the bald area of the head.
The surgeon will harvest a strip of hair from another part of the head were the hair is abundant. Through the use of a stereoscopic dissecting microscope, the strip is dissected into micro-grafts containing about 1-3 hair strands and implanted into the bald area.
