Just thought I would put through a quick email to you to say that the dentist was great. They were incredibly professional and the service was so friendly and accommodating.

I ended up getting a bit more work done that was originally suggested…….. 

I plan to return to Bangkok hopefully in February or April so would like to get more work done……. ………what I found most comforting was the waiting room was filled with Kiwis and Aussies who were all repeat business. 

One fellow was Qantas staff and stated that he had been going to this practice for the past 5 yrs and half the Qantas crew use their services.

That was great to hear……………….

What an experience, this place is second to none. The service was exemplary. The office workers and dental staff are professional and cheerful and amazing. Dr Kim you are gorgeous and you rock!

I chose Stunning Makeovers because it is a New Zealand based company. I am very satisfied with Stunning Makeovers service. The dentist was great!!! and the nursing and support staff were very friendly and helpful!!!

I have trained as a nurse at Auckland University……. 

I was not up for my initial appointment so I simply text Paul and he changed it for me.  I was picked up and taken right to the door of the surgery.

It was the best experience I have ever had with a dentist.  I have also trained as a chair side nurse for a dentist and so I had something to go by and the service and treatment was the best I have ever had. 

I was going to the dentist here in Auckland while making my surgery arrangements with Paul when it dawned on me I should have it done in Thailand.

I was told in NZ I required 10 fillings, one root canal and two crowns.  When I got to the dentist in Thailand (who is trained and qualified in the US) I was given very thorough information about my teeth and only required one filling and I had a take home tooth whitening kit made up for me.

I was not once uncomfortable or hurt.  They took the time to wait for the local anesthetic to work (unlike every time I go to a dentist in NZ) and they explained everything to me and gave me options and reasons for those options. 

I felt very comfortable.  They treated me so well and with such respect. 

They were not trying to get me through quickly or again trying to up-sell at all!  I would highly recommend both the surgeon and dentist I had and when I go back I am more than happy if they are to do any further work on me.  

Bangkok Smile Dental is modern and clean and appeared to have quite a few dentists operating out of well equipped rooms.

The dentist was waiting in his room to greet me as were his assistants.  Given I had been a smoker and my teeth were stained from this I was still treated with respect and courtesy.   (Unlike dentists in NZ where the attitude is very different towards smokers and the whole experience becomes an unpleasant one).

The dentist was a very good and experienced too. I am delighted with the cost.  The dentist and his support staff at Bangkok Smile were friendly and courteous.

I would definitely return for dental work and already regret I did not consider getting my three old crowns replaced – so will think about this for the future.

I had previously used Stunning Makeovers and service was good.  Also heard good comments about them from friends originally.

My dentist was good and professional and spoke good English. I have recommended to other Kiwis.  Overall dental facilities were good, clean tidy and professional

If I needed more work in the future I would definitely go back to Bangkok before doing anything here.

I would recommend Stunning Makeovers because its easier and takes the stress out of everything e.g. contacting doctors/dentists.  This gives peace of mind and they are knowledgeable and can answer most questions straight away. Awesome work. Thanks.

Derek had his teeth done first - 3 fillings and a clean.  He was impressed by how they did it, and it was so cheap!

I had so many appointments I have lost count.  On my birthday I had 2 root canals at 5pm and then at 10pm had 3 crown preps.  Got out of there at 11.30pm!!!!  I couldn't believe the hours they worked.  Derek was waiting for me in a bar close by and luckily he hadn’t been whisked away by a bar girl in that time!

Dr Tan did my crowns and Dr Panchita did my root canals.  I thought they were both excellent dentists, very thorough and caring.  They knew I was nervous so gave me heaps of anaesthetic. 

Thanks Paul, for all the work you did.  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Sea Smile and if I needed any more majors done, would go back.

We also had a fantastic holiday in Phuket.  The weather was lovely - hot & humid.  We had a bit of rain which didn't last too long, but it didn't stop us doing anything.  We did lots of walking and lazing around the pool.  We enjoyed lots of Singha beer and delicious Thai food.  My favorite place was Nicky's Handlebar, but we had lots of yummy food.  Enjoyed Bangla too!  What an eye opener that was!

I have a friend going up there end of July and her husband might consider having a crown on a molar, but he doesn't want to upset his own dentist!  If they do decide to, I'll give them your email address.

The Dentist was a good experience and had modern machinery, Lasers etc and apart from the first jab in the mouth, no pain! We were seen on time and the prices were great. I had a deep clean, 5 fillings and porcelain caps to my front teeth for around A$650.00, beat that in Australia!!!
